SPECIFICATIONS
Description:
Sectional drying mat
consisting of new,
high-quality rubber
(no recycled
material). Available
in closed or open
construction.
The rubber strips
consist of layers of
rubber interwoven
with continuous and
discontinuous
polyester (grey
textile) or
polyamide (coloured
textile) fibres. The
textile is visible
on both sides of the
mat (reversible).
The rubber strips
are separated by
profiles. The strips
and the profiles are
kept in place by
steel wires running
at right angles
through the strips.
Applications:
These mats are suitable
for indoor use and for
use in covered outdoor
areas. They are
recommended for heavy
traffic entrance areas
(more than 100 persons
per hour).
Profiles:
Aluminium, PVC or brass
profiles with a height
of 11.4 mm or 15 mm.
Rubber strips:
The rubber strips are 12
mm or 18 mm high and 15
mm wide. All rubber
strips are new (no
recycled material).
The fact that the fibres
are continuous
guarantees the strength
and the long life of the
mat. The rubber has a
shore A hardness 0171
and a density of 1,23
T/m3. Textile is grey or
coloured.
Steel wire:
Hard, fully cold
galvanised steel wire
(2.3 mm thick). The
distance between the
stainless steel wires is
38 mm maximally.
Dimensions and
finish:
The total mat height is
12 mm or 18 mm. The mat
is made to size in the
factory. Practically all
shapes are possible.
Available in closed or
open construction (3 mm,
6 mm or 16 mm) with
single or double rubber
strips. Possibility to
incorporate a logo,
drawing or text.
Installation:
The mats can be placed
in a matwell with a
depth of 15 mm or 20 mm
or directly on the
floor; in that case, a
ramping profile is
recommended.
Warranty:
10 years for structural
defects in case of
normal use (in
accordance with the
