Remove the
dirt from the
matwell using a
brush or a
vacuum cleaner
after having
rolled up the
mat.
Remove the
dry dirt
remaining on the
mat by vacuuming
in the direction
of the profiles
(not
perpendicular to
the direction of
the profiles).
Periodic maintenance
Roll up the
mat and remove
the dirt
accumulated
under the mat
with a vacuum
cleaner or with
a dustpan and
brush.
Coarse,
sticky or wet
dirt remaining
on the mat is
removed unsing a
hard scrubbing
brush in
combination with
water and a
universal
detergent.
Thorough maintenance
The mat is
removed from the
matwell for
thorough
cleaning.
Vacuum the
matwell and
clean with
water.
Clean the
mat with a
high-pressure
cleaner or with
a hard scrubbing
brush, in
combination with
water and a
universal
detergent.

SPECIFICATIONS
Description:
A rollable entrance
mat consisting of
aluminium supporting
profiles and a
walking surface
composed of drying
rubber strips and/or
scraping nylon
brushes with or
without scraping
profiles. The single
or double profiles
are separated by PVC
spacing caps.
Flexible steel wires
running at right
angles through the
profiles keep the
profiles and the
strips and/or
brushes in place.
Applications:
These mats are suitable
for indoor use and for
use in covered outdoor
areas. They are highly
recommended for heavy
traffic entrance areas
(more than 100 persons
per hour). The
reinforced aluminium
profiles increase the
sturdiness of the mat;
as a result, passing
over these mats with
rolling materials is no
problem.
Brushes:
UV-stabilised brushes
made of nylon 6.6,
firmly embedded in a PVC
profile. The brushes
have a height of 8 mm
and are available in
different colours. Each
brush consists of
approximately 110
bristles. The PVC bars
are secured in an
aluminium carrying
profile.
Profiles:
The aluminium supporting
profiles have an
adhesive and
sound-damping bottom
made of flexible PVC.
The profiles have a
width of 18 mm or 36 mm.
The aluminium scraping
profiles have a width of
3 mm (at the top) and
are 22 mm high. An
aluminium end profile is
affixed at the
extremities of the mat.
Rubber strips:
The rubber strips are 15
mm wide. All rubber
strips are new (no
recycled material). The
fact that the fibres are
continuous guarantees
the strength and the
long life of the mat.
The rubber has a shore A
hardness of 71 and a
density of 1,23 Tim'.
Textile is grey or
coloured.
Steel wire:
2 mm stainless steel
wires (type 316) keep
the profiles and spacing
caps in place. The
extremities are sunk in
a hollow end profile,
Spacing caps:
The round spacing caps
are made of soft
anthracite-coloured PVC
and have a diameter of
10 mm. They have a
length of 4mm.
Dimensions and
finish:
The total mat height is
23 mm or 25 mm. The mat
is made to size in the
factory. Practically all
shapes are possible.
Available in open
construction (4 mm) with
single or double rubber
strips and with or
without brushes.
For more demanding
environments, this mat
can be combined with
aluminium scraping
profiles.
Installation:
The mats can be placed
in a matwell with a
depth of 25 mm or
directly on the floor;
in that case, a ramping
profile is recommended.
Warranty:
5 years for structural
defects in case of
normal use (in
accordance with the
warranty conditions).
