COMPOSITION

Design is a grid matrix mat that has the ability to retain its elegant appearance whilst handling high volume traffic due to the collection grid layout that channels the debris down beneath the contact surface.
The matting can be rolled up for cleaning and maintenance of the recess. Built on a platform of high specification extruded aluminium treads, the matting is assembled by means of a PVC hinge
which features an integral damper strip.
There is a wide variety of wiper strip options to suit almost any application.

DESIGNABILITY

Design matting systems provide unique design options with matching external and internal matting profiles. The wide choice of wiper strip materials are also available in broadloom to create matching barrier carpet zones. Curved edges, logo and freehand designs provide further possibilities to create a strikingly different look.

CLEANABILITY

Mats and Frames matting materials are specially developed to deliver maximum performance with minimum maintenance.

PRACTICALITY

Mats and Frames take special care to make panels interchangeable wherever possible to avoid premature wear in high traffic lanes. We design and manufacture all of our matting systems to be 100% renewable and virtually 100% recyclable. In the unlikely event of damage all components are replaceable. We offer a flexible 'on demand' maintenance programme (non-contractual) which also provides the security of 24/7 emergency callout service.
