durable nylon
brushes, securely
imbedded in PVC
profiles. The PVC
profiles are
separated by means
of PVC spacing caps.
Profiles and caps
are held in place by
steel wires running
at right angles
through the
profiles. The
extremities of these
flexible steel wires
are clamped in a
hollow aluminium
profile.
Depending on the
expected quantities
of dirt and the
intensity of traffic
a 4 mm or
8 mm open
version is
available, with
single or double PVC
profiles, with a
double row of
brushes.
An aluminium
scraping profile can

approximately 950,000
rigid nylon bristles per
m'. Each brush consists
of approximately 110
bristles.
Profiles:
The PVC profiles are 15
mm high and 15 mm wide.
These rigid PVC profiles
are available in the
colours grey and
anthracite. An aluminium
end profile is fixed at
the extremities of the
mat.
Steel wire:
2 mm stainless steel
wires (type 316) keep
the profiles and spacing
caps in place.
Spacing caps:
The round spacing caps
are made of soft
anthracite-coloured PVC
and have a diameter of
10 mm. They are
available in lengths of
4 mm or 8 mm.
